Return Window

We accept returns within 1 year (365 days) of the date the item is received — one of the most generous return windows in retail.

Eligibility

Quality Defects: Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues are eligible for a full refund, including both outbound and return shipping fees — covered entirely by us.
Change of Mind: Returns due to personal preference (no quality issue) are accepted within the return window. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Condition Requirement: Items must be undamaged and, where applicable, in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or variant. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation & Refunds

Unshipped Orders: Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and will be refunded in full within 24 hours of the cancellation request.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a 60% refund.
Once a custom order has shipped, it is non-refundable due to its personalized nature.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Upon approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
